Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You will get to see the lease. We as the property manager will handle all leases and signing for you. -
How and when do I get my checks?
At the end of the month we will send owner statements and deposit rent income into your account. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can pay rent online on the tenant portal, or in our office with a check or money order. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
All of our lease are 6-12 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security Deposits will equal to first months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we get a management agreement signed. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Duplexes, Condos, Apartments, single family homes, Quad-plex -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will get a monthly owner statement, and will receive tax and 1099’s on a yearly basis. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Beacon Property Management escrow account.
