First month’s rent and your security deposit are due before you are allowed to pick up keys for your new unit. -

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please contact our office to schedule a showing, or to be sent an application. Applications can be filled out on our website as well. -
How do I pay rent?
You will be able to pay rent on our online portal “Rent Vine” or pay at our office by check or money order. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We do not charge monthly pet rent. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please provide a 30 day notice to vacate in accordance with your lease contract. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
In most situations, the owner is responsible for repairs and maintenance. However, if our property manager and the assigned vendor determines that the tenant has caused the issue, it will be charged back to you and can be paid with your next month’s rent.
